- Reference project

Years of wear and tear eroded the marble façade and the thermal insulation was no longer state of the art: the need for cutting-edge solutions was obvious. Two layers of insulation have been installed:
- lambda 30 glass wool to reach a high level of thermal performance;
- dark tinted glass wool to preserve the aesthetics of the façade with hollow cladding.
The total installed thermal resistance is 4.1 m² K/W; the annual energy consumption has been cut from 300 to 100 kWh/m². The renovated building will be awarded two certifications: "Haute Qualité Environnementale Rénovation bâtiments tertiaires" (High Environmental Quality Standard for Commercial Building Renovation) and "BBC Rénovation" (Low Consumption Building Renovation).
